Performance and Standards

• Establish goals and objectives at first meeting
• Face-to Face meetings at least two hours per
  month
• Contact and exchange average of 4 hours per month
• Feedback to Mentor Committee on evolution
• Tracking journal of activities for yourselves
• Minimum commitment of 6 months, maximum tracked
  program of 18 months
• Program evaluation 6 months
