• Plot traditionally referred to large scale format
  drawing C, D or E size
• In NX, Plot function is used also used to print
  scaled plots
• Print is used for quick check prints fit to the
  paper size

• Often a part is complex enough that it is
  difficult to select the item you want because
  other items are too close.
• Selection Filters simplify this task
• Selection Filters include

• Face
• Solid Body
• Datums
• Etc.
• Located in the Selection Toolbar

• Used to measure distances and angles on models

Perpendicular Dist. (select reference plane first
to define direction of dimension, then two
objects to get distance between)
Arc Length (Select curves can be lines, arcs,
or a combination of lines and arcs will show
total length of lines and arcs)
Radius (Select arc to determine radius multiply
by 2 if you want diameter)
