    the program
  • Norway interest in supporting phase 1 (18 months)
    possibly 250.000 - 300,000,
  • AWMA can contribute to training under Component A
in phase 1 (honorarium plus expenses?)

Key Scoping Questions Component A Regulatory
Training
  • Strength - weakness analysis of AQM regulatory
    training for leaders
  • Identification of training inputs to be delivered
    by the project what topics
  • Training methodologies to be used
  • Organization of project activities under
Component A, including distribution of tasks and
    associated budget

12
Key Scoping Questions Component B detailed
design
  • Training topics reduce major pollutants,
    regional coordination and automotive pollution?
  • Training supply what are the expected
    qualifications for second generation training
providers. Who are possible second generation
    training providers in China?
  • Training demand how can we ensure that there
will be customers for the training offered?
  • Sustainability how can the training system to be
    developed be financed best?

and programs in place in the USA
  • Identify best courses and techniques (e.g. web
    based, conferences, hands-on training, classroom)
    by type of activity/work (monitoring,
    engineering, modeling, compliance and
