How did ICAHN start?

• Summer 2002 network consultant presented a
  program on how to develop a network to a focus
  group of CAHs
• October 2002 group of CAHs decided to develop
  our own CAH network
• November 2002 Articles of Incorporation filed
  (501 c 3 corporation)
• January 2003 Bylaws approved
