The Network Operation Centre provides centralize
monitoring overnetworking resources. Real-time
graphs, tables and on-screen information about
the network behaviour gives the technical staff
the ability to conclude and make decisions on how
to properly diagnose networking issues and to
treat them. The NOC software can monitor network
services by ports or reachable servers in
general, host resources like processors load,
memory and temperature. Defining network
hierarchy and hosts dependency.Contact
notifications via email, sms, phone, etc and
escalation groups. Support for redundant and
distributed monitoring servers. Ticketing system
to acknowledge problems via web interface.
