• You would find vacuoles in plant and animal
  cells.
• In plant cells, provides structural support,
  storage, waste disposal, protection, and growth.
• In animals cells, stores materials and transports
  substances.
• In plant cells, the central vacuole is enclosed
  by the tonoplast (highly important membrane).
  Composed from smaller vacuoles from endoplasmic
  reticulum and golgi apparatus that fuse together.
• In animal cells, they are usually small and they
  form when the cell membrane surrounds a material
  and pinches off to bring the substance inside the
  cell.
