- To make duplicates
- Choose Edit, then Select All
- Group by clicking on the puzzle button.
- Copy, paste and move
- Prepare the document in Publisher by creating
guides - Open Publisher and Exit the Catalog.
- Under the file menu, open the Page Setup dialog
box. At the bottom, change the orientation to
Landscape. - In the menu bar, open Arrange then Layout Guides
- Change margins on all sides to 0.2 and make 4
columns. - If making 2 sided book marks, use the Insert menu
to add a page. -
These buttons and box will let you zoom in and
out to see your text bigger or the whole document.
These buttons will rotate your pictures.
Always resize pictures at the corners or by
holding the shift key!
- FramesYou can place a frame around a picture or
around text - Select the item.
- Under the Format menu, go to Line/Border Style,
then More Styles. - To use a picture as a border, click on the Border
Art tab. - Choose a picture. If you do not like the
available pictures, choose Create Custom then
Choose Picture. - Use your normal search strategies to find an
appropriate picture. It should be simple. - Name it, if you wish.
- You can change the size of the icons using the
border size at the bottom right of the dialog
box. - Choose to stretch or not stretch the graphic.
These buttons at the bottom let you switch pages.
You may need to crop (trim) the picture. Click
this button the position the cursor over the
black squares.

- Reminders and Cautions
- Leave extra space beside the gutters.
- The margins are actually a bit wider than the
gutters. - If preparing two-sided bookmarks, practice
replacing the paper.
