Promoting self management is a skilled activity

    in evidence based models

Group Activity
  • Look at the self help materials within your group
  • Consider the four areas in relation to each
    material
  • Using the scale below score the material on each
    dimension
  • Add the scores and divide by five
  • Rank the materials by their scores make notes
    on the rationale for your decision making
