• Other projects were found via the so called
  "Forum neue Medien in der Lehre" (which means 
  new media in teaching) which is an Austrian
  initiative for supporting and collecting
  projects in this  field.

• Apart from this forum collected information
  about e-Learning is very rare in Austria, so we
  also had to do some Internet research.

  by us or some coworkers).

• We asked some TICE representatives (TICE are,
  let's say, elearning andmultimedia department in
  each HEI). They were not allowed to mention
  theirown institution.

• We looked at papers published in the fields of
  e-learning during the yearlyTICE conferences,
  and at e-learning events (such as elearnexpo in
  France last2 years).

• We looked at French participants at major
  international conferencessuch as Online Educa
  2002, 2003 and 2004.
