Question What do you need to do to create a
PowerPoint like the German brauchen PowerPoint?

First create a template which is then copied
multiple times.

1. Format gt Slide design 2. Insert gt Text box
(for the sentences (Ich ___ das Heft, etc..)

3. Insert gt Picture gt Auto Shapes gt rounded
rectangel (use to make the 7 rectangles
containing the forms of the verb). 4. Right
click on each box and add the text.

Then copy this template as many times as there
are additional questions.
4. Insert gt Duplicate slide

Start replacing each text box with different
sentence. Keep doing this until all sentences
have been added.
5. Click on text box and replace the text.

Then go back to the first slide. Duplicate the
slide and use the mouse to drag the right answer
into the blank of the sentence in the text box of
the newly duplicated slide.

1. Insert gt Duplicate Slide 2. Drag the
brauche rectange into the blank of the second
slide.

Repeat and create answer slides for the rest of
the sentences.

When you are finished, the slides should look
