• Paycycle Inquire you can exclude vouchers, put
  them on hold or indicate a separate check before
  running paycycle
• A printed advice will be produced the debits
  against credits even if a credit balance still
  exists so vendor knows you are paying invoice
  against a credit

  monies as soon as budget checking occurs
