Comments from past TEACH fellows
  • I think the TEACH consultants were the most
invaluable part of the program for me. They were
there when I needed them. I felt comfortable
dropping by, emailing or calling whenever I
    needed something. They were awesome.
  • Consultant and feedback are good - all PhD
student instructors should have access to this
service - it could be something for the future
that would really make TTU graduates stand out in
    the job market.
  • Getting newer perspectives about my teaching
and areas to improve upon were the most valuable
experiences I derived from the TEACH program.
  • I learned that I'm not a "bad" teacher, I just
need to work in some areas. Also, I learned some
    valuable classroom management strategies,
collaborative and active learning methods, and
other ways to increase student comprehension in
    the classroom.
