commandments and his commandments are not
grievous. 1 John 53
Obedience is the only proof of love
13John 1423 Jesus answered and said unto him, If
a man love me, he will keep my words and my
Father will love him, and we will come unto him,
and make our abode with him. 24 He that loveth
me not keepeth not my sayings and the word which
ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent
me.
14He's not heavy, he's my brother.
15Were we perfect, we should not find them
commands at all, for they would be our natural
impulses. The more sincerely we love God, the
more enjoyment we shall desire from obeying him.
16His Commandments Are Not Grievous
For this is the love of God, that we keep his
commandments and his commandments are not
grievous. 1 John 53
