Blackbaud Terminology

• Blackbaud terminology is available on the UND
  Alumni Association website. Here is an example
  of terms you will find
• Account Similar to the transaction
  classification code (TCC) in Legacy. The code is
  used to classify the transaction.
• Alumni Invoice Similar to a request for payment
  in Legacy.

• Five Digits in Blackbaud
• Last Four Digits are the Same as Legacy
• Old Projects in Legacy will be replaced by Fund
  Numbers in Blackbaud
• Blackbaud Fund Numbers are available on the UND
  Alumni Association website.

Alumni Forms Business Processes

• Invoice
• Submit to the Financial Records office at the UND
  Alumni Association and Foundation. Disbursement
  will be issued on a UND Alumni Foundation
  Check.
• Journal Entry
• Transfers between Alumni Funds

• Deposit Form
