• He gifts us and, in turn, gives us to the church.
• You are the Kings gift to the church!

3. Gifted Leadersto Equip Gifted Members (11-12)

• Gifted leaders enable gifted members to discover
  and develop their gifts.
• We are bound to Christ and our fellow-members by
  our giftedness.

4. The Results of Teamwork (12-16)

• The body will be built up!
• Until we attain unity of faith and knowledge of
  the Son.
• Maturity - - measured by the fullness of Christ.
• Doctrinal stability.
• Growth to our Head.
