Louie closed his suitcase. He was so excited he
could barely hold it in. This would be the day
he would finally go to HappyFunGoodTime Park.
And being 7, he had never been to an amusement
park. Louie! called his mother,Time to go!
Louie hurried downstairs and into the car.
3
It wasnt long before Louie and his parents Were
at HappyFunGoodTime Park. Louie looked at his
soon-to-be-favorite ride. The ReallyHugeBigHumong
ous Roller Coaster. He saw The monstrous hills
and steep falls and corkscrews. It was then that
he realized he was scared to death of it. He
knew he wouldnt have a HappyFunGoodTime.
4
Louies knees were shaking as he stood in
line. He did not want to go on this ride. Of
course, he couldnt tell his parents this. They
were excited about the ride. But he had to tell
them. Before he had worked up the courage to
tell his parents they were next in line. Soon
they were strapped in and ready to go.

5
The coaster took them up a huge hill. Louie
looked out over the park. He could see
everything! All of a sudden, they were at the
top. Hold on!said Louies dad. Louie grabbed
the lap bar and held tight. Then they went down.
The wind blew Louies hair back. His eyes watered
from the speed. At the end of the hill, they went
through a series of turns and jerks. All too
soon, the ride was over.
6
When the ride was over, Louies parents asked
him if he liked the ride. Louie answered with
three words.
Lets go again !!!!!!!!!
