  • Show it using your computer and either a
    television or a multimedia projector.
  • Hyperlink or embed it in PowerPoint.
  • Hyperlink allows you to see the Windows Media
    Player controls.
  • Does not automatically play full screen
  • Can be adjusted to play full screen
  • Embedding allows you to play full screen
    automatically.
  • Does not let you see Media Player Controls
  • Can add text boxes
  • Video and PowerPoint must be saved in the same
    file.

  • Open a new slide.
  • Type the title of the video.
  • Highlight the title.
  • Go to Insert and choose Hyperlink.
  • Click on Link to
  • Existing file or web page
  • Navigate to where you saved the downloaded clip.
  • Double click on the video, then click OK to close.

  • Click on Insert.
  • Choose Movies and Sound.
  • Choose Movie from file.
  • Navigate to where you saved the downloaded clip.
  • Click OK.
  • Decide whether or not you want the video to start
    automatically or when clicked.
