    resources. Access to this information enables
    ICE to, recommend improvements and make service
    proposals directly to you, in liaison with Metso
    Minerals (Pyrotherm) Pty Ltd.

Heavy Fuel Oil Skid
  • We commissioned a 58GJ/h air atomising Magna
    Flame burner and fuel train system on a rotary
    dryer in a Pot Ash Plant in Jordan.
  • The panel was fully simulated and tested in our
    shop

De-aerator
Reducing dissolved oxygen from parts per million
to parts per billion significantly reduces the
need for expensive O2 scavengers
Reverse Osmoses plants feeding the de-aerator can
eliminate scale problems and reducing the need
for blow downs. This combination RO and
de-aerators can easily save in excess of 30,000
per year in chemical cost on 3000l/hr of make up
water.
