- in 3 Years
- The Low Income Subsidy (LIS)/Extra Help will
cover - between 85 and 100 of the prescription drug
- costs for individuals who qualify
- It is estimated that LIS/Extra Help will provide
the - average beneficiary with savings of more than
- 2,100 annually and 22,000 over their
lifetimes
5- Our Goal Over 300,000 LIS Enrollments
in 3 Years - Only 1.1 million people of the estimated 8.2
million eligible to enroll voluntarily for the
LIS/Extra Help have been enrolled - An extended special enrollment period may be
available for people who qualify for the
LIS/Extra Help after the current May 15th
deadline
