  DPCP Diabetes Advisory Councils (e.g., NASNs
  Albuquerque site)
• NOs provide copies of their products to DPCPs
  (e.g., National Alliance shared Juntos contra la
  diabetes Together Against Diabetes
  curriculum)

NOs?

• Participate in or provide support to NOs local
  coalitions (e.g., share data)
• Invite NO representatives to participate in
  DPCP-led coalitions
• Reach intended target audiences through
  NO-related efforts

• DPCPs are critical partners for NDEP and are a
  primary target audience to use and help
  disseminate NDEP materials
• DPCPs are asked to complete the NDEP Partnership
  Survey twice a year
• DPCPs serve on selected NDEP work groups
• DPCPs are charged with addressing all DDT
  National Objectives NOs are charged with working
  toward 2 or more of the DDT National Objectives

• NDEP staff have provided TA to DPCPs, e.g.,
  Diabetes at Work workshop for Puerto Rico DPCP,
  PA DPCP
• Papa Ola Lokahi, an NDEP grantee, has provided TA
  to DPCPs in the Pacific Island jurisdictions (and
  helped facilitate a meeting with Pacific Island
  DPCPs on behalf of CDC/DDT)
