New E-Pay Features

• Receipt Scanning
• E-Pay has been upgraded to include a new feature
  that supports scanned copies of your receipts.
  Starting on Friday, June 26th you will now be
  able to attach scanned copies of your required
  receipts and documentation. The normal process of
  receipt faxing is still available with the update
  to scanning. At this time, Canada and Denmark
  will be unable to use this feature due to in
  country requirements and should continue to use
  their current receipt process. Please visit the
  E-Pay website for full training details on how to
  use this feature. You can find the training
  instruction by selecting your country, clicking
  the go button, and then clicking on the link
  titled Receipts Scanning.
• Pre-trip transmittal page
• The Pre-trip Approval Transmittal page feature
  allows employees to attach supporting
  documentation, such as their itinerary, to a
  Pre-trip Approval (PTA) report. This is an
  optional feature for Pre-Trip Approval reports.
  Please keep in mind that if a General Business
  Expense Report (TEA) or a Vehicle Usage Report
  (VUP) requires receipts, then the report will not
  be processed without those receipts.
