International Executive Trainee Program
For three years our trainees will work and train
at different Lux companies around the world.
The first period of the Executive Trainee
Program starts in one of the following countries
depending on your language skills Scandinavia

The Lux Academy

• The Lux Academy is a part of the International
  Executive Managment Trainee program.
• Training at the Lux Academy is very exclusive,
  with only 10-12 persons per year invited into the
  program.
• To qualify for the Lux Academy candidates should
  first attend a regional level preparation seminar
• The Academy will meet twice in different parts
  of the world, five to six days at a time.
• The Lux Academy will focus on PRIDE for its
  particpants

Role of Nordic Management trainee

• You will start as a Team Leader, based in Cape
  Town
• You will be working close with your Branch
  Manager who will both assign you a couple of
  salesmen (in South Africa called Hygiene
  Advisors) and to assist you building up a bigger
  team consisting of 5-8 Hygiene Advisors during
  your initial month in SA
• You will be leading these Hygiene Advisors in
  their daily work and duties in addition to be
  heavily involved in various recruitment
  activities
• You will on a regularly basis be invited to
  Management meetings with the Managing Director to
  evaluate the results and enjoy some true African
  incentives
