• Develop strategies to increase awareness and gain
  visibility of GBIF (contributing to key thematic
  and highly visible events i.e. Convention on
  Biological Diversity, IUCN Protected Areas

• Plan to increase GBIF membership

• Institutional Capacity Building
• Working with nodes to provide connectivity,
  sharing technologies, new developments, ...
