Lord, I believe you are good and you desire to
release into my life wonderful, unimaginable,
miraculous, great, and mighty things. Today I
pray with large expectation by the power of the
Holy Spirit Enlarge my vision increase my
faith secure my future.

In Jesus name I take the door of yesterday
(2008) and I close the door. All is closed and
locked. I will not go backward. I let it go.
Now, with great faith I turn to 2009. I open
this new door and I step in. I step in to new
life, new opportunities, new anointing, new
surprises for me. This is my year for a fresh
anointing. I am breaking in to a new level of
living a new level of faith a new level of
joy. Have your way, Lord. Lead the way. I will
follow.

breakthrough
- to tear break forth
- to break down the walls that hinder progress
- to penetrate
- to overthrow an enemy with a sudden
destructive force

(Gen. 711) In the six hundredth year of Noah's
life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of
the month, on that day all the fountains of the
great deep were broken up, and the windows of
heaven were opened.
Breaking through to the fountains of new
spiritual life and a new spiritual flow.
7
(Lev. 2613) I am the LORD your God, who brought
you out of the land of Egypt, that you should not
be their slaves I have broken the bands of your
yoke and made you walk upright.
Breaking off the yoke in your lives, things
that weigh on you
8
(2Sam. 520) So David went to Baal Perazim, and
David defeated them there and he said, "The LORD
has broken through my enemies before me, like a
breakthrough of water. "Therefore he called the
name of that place Baal Perazim.
We are breaking off the enemies

Breaking through with a new anointing
10
(2Sam. 2316) So the three mighty men broke
through the camp of the Philistines, drew water
from the well of Bethlehem that was by the gate,
and took it and brought it to David. Nevertheless
he would not drink it, but poured it out to the
LORD.
Breaking through to new God-given opportunities
11
Breakthrough with Prayer Fasting
12
(Dan. 1012-13a) Then he said to me, "Do not
fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set
your heart to understand, and to humble yourself
before your God, your words were heard and I
have come because of your words. "But the prince
of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one
days
3 insights to Gods response
1) heart to understand
2) humbled himself
3) heard his words
13
Hindrances to Spiritual Breakthrough
Misdirected prayers
- prayers with selfish motives
- praying with the wrong focus
Spiritual pride
Physical motive
(Is. 586) "Is this not the fast that I have
chosen To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo
the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free,
And that you break every yoke?
14
12 Targets for Spiritual Breakthrough
We must breakthrough.
1) that which assassinates the Biblical values of
right and wrong.
loose the bonds of wickedness Is. 586b
- the corruption of human affections
(Ps. 12,4) But his delight is in the law of the
LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night.
The ungodly are not so, But are like the chaff
which the wind drives away.
15
We must breakthrough.
2) the religious spirit.
(Matt. 233-5) "Therefore whatever they tell you
to observe, that observe and do, but do not do
according to their works for they say, and do
not do. "For they bind heavy burdens, hard to
bear, and lay them on men's shoulders but they
themselves will not move them with one of their
fingers. "But all their works they do to be seen
by men. They make their phylacteries broad and
enlarge the borders of their garments.
- religion vs. relationship
16
We must breakthrough.
3) the emotional hurt we face.
(2Cor. 47-11) But we have this treasure in
earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power
may be of God and not of us. We are hard-pressed
on every side, yet not crushed we are perplexed,
but not in despair persecuted, but not forsaken
struck down, but not destroyed -- always carrying
about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus,
that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in
our body. For we who live are always delivered to
death for Jesus' sake, that the life of Jesus
also may be manifested in our mortal flesh.
17
We must breakthrough.
4) the stubborn habits of the flesh.
(Matt. 1128-30) "Come to Me, all you who labor
and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
"Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I
am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find
rest for your souls. "For My yoke is easy and My
burden is light."
18
We must breakthrough.
5) that which isolates us from those who are
in need.
(John 635) And Jesus said to them, "I am the
bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never
hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never
thirst. (vs51) "I am the living bread which came
down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread,
he will live forever and the bread that I shall
give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life
of the world. (vs58) "This is the bread which
came down from heaven--not as your fathers ate
the manna, and are dead. He who eats this bread
will live forever."
