funding process - ME using ITRC Alternative Landfill products to
evaluate bioreactors proposal - KS and MO ITRCs ISCO-2 products saves the
day in MO to deny ISCO. In KS, the same info
helps in approval of ISCO at Dry Cleaner sites - VT used perchlorate document to quickly respond
to community and provide info for Commissioner

needed high quality training to participants in
both the public and private sector
