(by negotiation) - Includes costs of services municipalities provide
to ICIs for curbside recycling - Application of Fees
- Place where products are consumed is irrelevant
- For each class, materials generated by ICI
(subject to limits imposed by the Regulation)
are, therefore, subject - IFO can nonetheless provide for
exemptions/exclusions in its fee schedule
