• GLA now agreed to provide technical expertise and
  to link to their own plans
• Complex project for small budget
• Specification for feasibility phase awaiting GLA
  comments
• Advertising tender early 2009

• Project built initially around training Cultural
  Services staff to use Generic Social Outcomes
  Tool
• GSO tool not yet developed for use
• Way forward agreed by LCIP board signpost other
  impact assessment tools

Ca Improvement planning CSIT / Peer led
Challenge

• 4 boroughs who begun training in July 2008
  moved onto Improvement planning Sept 2008
• September 2008 training commenced for 6 further
  boroughs
• 9 boroughs signed up for January 2009 2 for
  March 2009 Programmes
• Peers from initial training rounds now started to
  be used in boroughs
• 7 borough have yet to confirm participation
• CSIT briefing and report going to Capital
  Ambition December 2008
