• Implementing the Process
• Meet with the IPTs Standardization Officer and
  discuss the project specific details and
  requirements
• Determine the extent of assistance required then
  produce specific advice and guidance tailored to
  the project
• DStan KPIs are applied to the project
• SO sets about producing a project specific SMP
• The Hd Assurance then Reviews the IPTs
  submission for the required phase and compiles
  the Assurance Report
