You should be looking at the bottom of the pool
and focusing on the black T this is your target
point so your turn begins at the T

As you continue to focus on the T your lead
arm pulls down and through as you tuck your chin
into your chest adding a dolphin kick to assist
your rotation

As you continue to tumble you go into a piked
position bringing your head to your knees with a
small bend of the knees

Preparing to push off
As your legs come over place them on the wall at
45 degrees knees slightly bent, move your hands
above your head in the direction you need to go
do not try to roll onto your front yet

Pushing off
As you drive off the wall with your legs you
then rotate onto your front in a streamlined
position and then start kicking hard ready for
the first arm stroke

Transition to swimming
Take three to four strokes before you start to
breathe as taking a breathe will be like putting
the brakes on. The fastest you will be in the
pool is at the start and turns SO USE THEM
