Objectives

• To facilitate co-operation, connectivity,
  interoperability and resource sharing between
  members
• To provide day to day management of resource
  sharing systems within CoSouth
• To develop new regional services in accordance
  with the principles of CoSouth
• To extend membership and encourage co-operation
  within the library and information sector,
  museums, arts and archives

Membership and Sub-Groups

• Cost of membership 50 pa
• CoSouth is run by the Management Board
• All members automatically get a place/vote on the
  Management Board. Participation in the sub
  groups is voluntary and may involve additional
  costs, (eg members of the ILL group need to
  invest in Xchange Z39.50 software)
