Other Essential Elements of Leadership
  • The Role Of A Leader Is That Of A Servant

Those who lead with a servants heart in Pre-Paid
Legal will see faster growth in their
organization. They will see strength in the
associates performing their various
responsibilities. Servant leaders will see
others on their team begin to duplicate this
example and this will create more service
throughout the organization, thus greater growth
and more strength of the organization.
Perpetual motion in business is all about
serving and the benefits that come as a result.
Paul J. Meyer

Leaders Know They Need To...
  • Respect Their People

Focus on building good self-esteem in people
People with low self-esteem are often unfocused
and frustrated. They tend to have the following
characteristics Underachievers, Lack
Discipline, Poor Organizational Skills, Sense of
Discontent, Sensitivity To Criticism, Envious of
Others, etc. Help people develop better
self-esteem!

Leaders Know They Need To...
  • Give Direction - leading the way

A servant leader leads for the primary benefit
of those who follow. Walt Wiley
Leaders will take the time to go through the
Getting Started Right Training Book with each
new associate they sponsor. The direction that
is available in this training will put the new
associate on a pathway to financial and time
freedom. Using any other system is a recipe for
disaster!
13
Leaders Know They Need To...

events other training resources and promote
these resources and events like there is NO

development and education are stronger and more
vibrant teams!
Well-trained people are one of your greatest
assets!
14
Leaders Know They Need To...
  • Focus More On People, And Less On Product

Your people are your most valuable asset!
Protect your assets at all costs!!
Most leaders are more focused on what they do
than on the people, and yet the people will
provide 99 of their time and financial freedom
over time.
Associates who feel they are less important than
the work they perform will be dissatisfied and
fail to be the kind of associate they certainly
could be.
Any definition of success must include service
in it somewhere. -Former President George Bush
