• Creating water committee for long duration of
  technical service of water supply system
• Actual investment per 1 person is 4.11 USD,
  between 1.90 - 24.92 USD. (no administration
  costs included)
• The distance from water point to houses should be
  less than 500 meters
• Daily rate of use water per person per day should
  be 50 liters
