How to write the actual Report?

• Use A-4 size paper
• After cover page attach FORM A
• Report should be in any constitutionally
  recognized Indian language
• Abstract of max. 500 words
• Write on one side of the paper
• Report may be hand written
• Keep a copy of your report with you

• 8 minutes highlight 5/6 ideas
• Before start presentation tell group members
  names
• Use posters/models during project presentation is
  compulsory
• Never get excited and avoid unnecessary body
  movements
• Avoid use of difficult words or ornamental words
• Establish eye contact with the audience
• Question Answer

• Separate poster session
• Limit your posters to four
• Highlight main points
• Try to create scientific temperament and
  rationalism among all

• 3/4 nos. Size Normal Chart paper
• Posters should contain information on
• The project title
• Names of the group members
• Objectives
• Map of the area
• Methodology
• Results
• Conclusion
• Solution to the problem
