- PCR Cloning of the full length ITS1-5.8S-ITS2
region of A. insularis A, A. maroccana 2190, A.
sativa cv Image, A. fatua L. N127, A. sterilis
4704 - Two hundred individual ITS clones of each
genotype were screened in bulked (groups of 10)
SCARs reactions using the C-genome specific
primers (CITS1F and CITS2R) - Groups that gave strong positive signals were
further analysed as individuals - One to three putative C-genome clones for each
accession were sequenced
