    construction of a draft with goals, aims,
    key-words, definitions, assessment tests,
    according to adult learning trends for our target
    group.

    content in Thematic Units, with chapters,
    appendix, case study, etc, in order to be
    delivered and modulated in e-learning content.

1. UNDERSTANDING
COLLECT EVERYTHING IS KNOWN
We gathered and studied the available INPUTS
(research data from other Activities of the
project 3.1, 3.2., 3.3., 3.4., 4, 5, 6, 7 8,,
suggestions and recommendations that were given
to us by the Co-ordinator and the Hellenic Open
University, physical information sources as well
as web-based ones from similar trans-national
projects VALETourism, Sl_at_w Travel, Leader
/Travel Consultant- Successful Womens
Enterprises, IATA, etc ) and put them down
anyway they popped up. Enthymeme the
syllogism, we followed at this phase, was Idea 1
I dont need a travel agent because Idea
2 I can book online my trip. Idea 1 I can book
online my trip Therefore The Internet is a
solution to all of my travel problems. Is it a
verifiable argument? NO, because there are other
arguments!!! Idea 2 The website ruined my trip
because it is less than perfect as the internet
and my computer. Therefore Idea 2 iI need a
Travel Agent able to accomplish the imperfection
of internet. OUTCOME Travel Agent evolution to
Travel Consultant (qualified in on line customer
total quality service)

    their job
  • The content has to be designed as to start and

    concrete with the other project Activities
    (blended learning, e-learning, certification).
