not just the Surrey Champion or Runner up. - With 6 to score - our 4th, 5th, 6th scorers need
to be our strength. - We need all athletes with Race targets/goals and
quality preparation. Preparation is needed now,
10 days before a big race, on the day and after
the race.

- A safe elite training sequence is to Train Every
Other Day each session being different. - Progression in training increase the time you
are running (aim for double race distance) - Know and target your required distances
