• Phase I Transit Improvements begun to be

• Completed Draft Environmental Impact Statement in
  2007
• Communities have identified combined alternative

Bridge Improvement Specifics

• 3-span bridge length 400 ft
• 4-span bridge length (planned for the future)
  500 ft
• Bridge width 12-ft pedestrian pass and 20-ft
  overall width
• The bridge has 18 clearance from the existing
  US-36 pavement to the bridge deck
• The slip on- and off-ramps are 3,200 ft in length
  in each direction

Broomfield Improvements

• City Council just approved plan for these
  improvements
• Design for the new bus transfer facility is
  approximately 90 complete
• Parking on the east side of US 36 will include
  715 spaces to be added to the existing 940 spaces
  in the new parking facility for the Broomfield
  Event Center
