What is leadership as stewardship?

• Finding the right mix of leadership brand
  according to the situation and exercising power
  and influence in shepherding people appear to
  make or break leaders.
• Leadership must come to terms with using power
  and influence to govern people.
• Stewardship is about shepherding, enabling, and
  making people realize their full potentials as
  persons.

Two modes of stewardship

• Political stewardship - the service that Catholic
  schools ought to deliver to strengthen our
  political system
• Ecclesial stewardship - the shepherding that
  Catholic schools ought to render to the local
  church
