Taking a Trip

• Going on a trip with your youth group can be a
  tough thing to do if you dont correctly plan for
  everything that can happen. You need to be sure
  that you plan everything and have a time
  schedule. Most of all, make sure that you go on
  the trip yourself before taking your group, that
  way you know what youre getting yourself into.

Small Groups

• Small groups are the key to a good youth
  ministry. This way you have the opportunity to
  put all of your time into just a few kids are
  really disciple them in the ways of God.

Building a Ministry

• The way to go about gaining a strong youth group
  is looked at in different ways by some.
  Personally I think its more important to really
  let the kids that you do have expierence Christ
  rather then just have huge programs that lure in
  a lot of kids. It really just depends on what you
  want your ministry to do.

Praise and Worship

• From the youth groups that Ive been around, I
  feel its better to let your kids lead the
  worship. Ive found that the others in the group
  respond better when its done this way.

Other Info

• A youth group is something for kids to get
  involved in, and really become a part of. A lot
  of times they are looking for a group to feel
  welcome, and these are the kids that sometimes
  can really catch on fire for the Lord. This is
  what makes it such a rewarding jobwhen you see
  the kids youve been praying for accept Jesus as
  there personal savior. Thats when you know that
  what youre doing is really worth it.
