The Lessons
  • You cant help poor people if you are poor
    yourself !
  • If the rate of change inside your organisation
is less than the rate of change outside, the end
    is in sight.
  • Dont flog a dead horse.
  • Dont confuse a worthy cause with an opportunity
    to earn.
  • A true understanding of what you do will help
identify what else you can do.

10
More Lessons
  • If youre not 1st or 2nd, find somewhere you can
    be.
  • Funny, the more I practise, the luckier I get
  • Dont confuse Jimmy Johnstone with Alex Ferguson
  • The Noah Principle / if you always do what you
have always done, youll always get what youve
    already got

To finish,

believe you cant, youre absolutely right
