created? - What funders might support an effort of this
type? - What categorical funding might be available?
- Who will develop a projected budget that outlines
expenses and revenues projections?

- What are the administrative/reporting needs?
- Where will the project(s) or organization be
housed? - How will you locate and utilize accounting
expertise? - What are the standard compliance issues and
requirements?

- What are the short-term (1-2 years) staffing
needs? - Where will you get volunteers to serve as staff?
- What are other alternatives to full-time staff
(interns, part-time, contracted)? - Who will orient and supervise the staff and
volunteers?

- What products (handouts, books, pamphlets,
newsletter, curriculum, videos, ads) and/or
services (presentations, trainings, seminars,
conferences) will you offer? - Who may already offering these products?
- Where and in what arena will you offer your
services (community-based, school-based,
home-based)?

- Who will generate interest and enthusiasm?
- Who will develop the marketing strategies?
- What other collaborative forces can you garner to
support the concept (educators, schools, special
interest societies, environmentalist,
associations, clubs, fraternal orders, civic

groups)?
