Registration and login

• Login is your email address
• Password was selected by you or if not, it is
  password
• If you want your password changed, talk to me

Peer Review Directions

• Goal is to recommend for approval
• ALL NCLB and e-Rate must be met
• Not evaluating plan but reviewing
• No conflict of interest
• Constructive comments open records
• 10 day turnaround
• Time Now until next August
• Nondisclosure

Process

• 2 Reviewers review plan
• If both recommend approval
• Status is "Recommended to TEA for Approval
• -If both do not recommend
• Status is "Returned for Modifications"

• If one recommends and one does not recommend
• ESC Contact assigns a third reviewer
• If third reviewer recommends, plan goes to TEA
• Status is "Recommended to TEA for Approval
• If third reviewer does not recommend
• Status is "Returned for Modifications"

• District modifies plan per reviewer comments.
• District Submits Modified Plan
• Status is "Submitted after modifications

• An impartial reviewer reviews the plan
• If recommend
• Status is "Recommended to TEA for Approval
• If not recommended
• Status is Returned for Modifications
• TEA reviews
• If approve, 
• status is "Approved"
• - If not approved, 
• status is "Returned for Modifications"
