1Bicep Curls (on wobble/rocker board)
Primary Areas Worked Biceps, Balance. Secondary
Areas Core strength and Stability. Starting
Position Standing on a wobble board with
either two feet or one foot. Hold a dumbbell in
each hand at your side, palms facing Inward. Move
ment While maintaining balance, curl the
weights forward and up, twisting your
palms forward as you lift so that the palms are
facing up. The elbows should stay steady as
unmoving pivot points throughout this
exercise. This exercise can also be done using
a barbell or E-Z curling bar, or any variation
of working biceps

Primary Areas Worked Bicep Secondary
Areas Core strength stability. Starting
Position Holding a dumbbell rest arm over
the Stability ball as shown in top picture.
Have Arm completely straight. Movement Perform
a bicep curl by bending elbow. Return to starting
position. Repeat. Note Elbow stays in a fixed
position (acts as Pivot point). Do not move elbow
throughout exercise.
