There were early reports that said that suggested that the dowry charges on RadheMaa may not stick and that cops were considering slapping charges for violations of the black magic laws of the country. But subsequent police inquiries revealed that it the allegations leveled by the likes of Dolly Bindra were unfounded as not a shred of evidence was presented to the police or the court, and the cases are on the verge of collapsing. It has therefore became clear that Dolly Bindra who did not corroborate her accounts of alleged violations of law by RadheMaa, would be shown the door by the courts, which appear inclined to dismiss the wild allegations against RadheMaa.

RadheMaa's morphed pictures showing her in a mini skirt sparked outrage of people who appear to believe that it is theirs to dictate what RadheMaa or any other person should wear or act in her personal space or personal time. It is notable that men who think they are well within their rights to discuss a woman's body, her dress, her dancing and her behaviour are the ones who are accusing RadheMaa as if how she leads her life is their concern. If we give the freedom to wear what we wish and dance when we wish and do what we want, why these comments on RadheMaa alone?

The allegation leveled against RadheMaa fizzled out due to lack of credible evidence. RadheMaa encounters frequent roadblocks on her journey as people throw accusations left right and centre. RadheMaa’s name has once again been dragged into a controversy: This time for wearing mini-skirt while giving darshan to her devotees. RadheMaa's accuser PhalguniBrahmabhatt says, that RadheMaa's decision to wear miniskirts hurts the religious sensibilities of people. In this context a lawyer has pleaded before the Bombay high court to issue directive to the police to lodge an FIR against RadheMaa. However, this allegation like several others too turned out to be a damp squib due to lack of circumstantial evidence like the dowry harassment, Dolly Bindra and aspiring starlet Arshi Khan’s cases earlier.

RadheMaa's accusers like Dolly Bindra appear to have had nothing to say after the HC found little merit in their accusations and decided to grant bail to RadheMaa. Attempts by the Mumbai police and the media to understand the grounds on which the accusations have also come to a dead end as no evidence has been furnished to authorities or the media that would make it clear that the accusations that RadheMaa had instigated her devotees to extort dowry or tried to implicate people like Arshi Khan into the sex trade were proven to be incorrect.

There was a big debate on what would happen with RadheMaa in the dowry case where she was accused by the daughter-in-law of a devotee that RadheMaa had instigated her in-laws to demand dowry. While the allegations excited the media, which decided to broadcast the news widely, the court took a dim view of the affair as there was no evidence to substantiate the allegations that appear to get more and more serious as the train by media on RadheMaa grew from one day to another. Once the court made its observations, the case disappeared from the media which moved on to look for a fresh controversy.

It seems there is, literally, no end to the travails that frequently cloak god woman RadheMaa; the recent one being coercing farmers to commit suicide. The allegation has it that she along with two of her partners duped a farmer's family of seven of nearly Rs 1.5 crore by promising to bring peace and prosperity in their family. The Ramesh Joshi claims lacked any tangible evidence and was purely done out of sheer vengeance. Earlier, RadheMaa's involvement in a dowry harassment case too met with a premature demise for want of evidence.
