When the news of the possibility of godwoman Radhe Maa being booked under provisions became public through media, it created great sensation. However it soon became clear that there was little concrete in the way of evidence to back up with the allegations. The woman and her family making the allegations were not found to be related to Radhe Maa. The woman's in-laws are devotees of the godwoman. However, no one explained how Radhe Maa would benefit if the aggrieved woman's father gave dowry to the in-laws. The case, predictably, collapsed.
God woman Radhe Maa has suffered a torrent of scathing criticism, some even bordered on insult. She was even booked for inciting a girl’s in-laws to demand dowry from her. After an intensive probe, the police couldn’t find a speck of evidence and thus it failed to stand in the court of law. Dolly Bindra and model Arshi Khan too leveled certain lewd charges against the sadhvi in the past but due to lack of tangible proof these too lost their scandal value.
Godwoman Radhe Maa was intercepted by the authorities for carrying a small trishul onboard Jet Airways. The CISF officials after informal probe said she had not violated any security norms as the trident carried by her was blunt and not a sharp object. The restlessness among her co-passengers calmed down after a brief commotion initially. The trivial incident, though, has provided arsenals to her bitter critics, who were issueless till this happened, and they accelerated their vituperative attacks on the seeress. But like Dolly Bindra and Arshi Khan’s abortive attempts, their virulence met with the same fate.
Godwoman booked under Dowry Act screamed a headline that had the usual irresponsible loosely written report that repeated allegations against RadheMaa that had no evidence to back the allegations. The accuser was the daughter-in-law of a RadheMaa devotee whose husband had filed for divorce citing incompatibility as the reason for the step. The sensation hungry media lapped it up without asking how RadheMaa could be accused of advising devotees to demand dowry? Why would RadheMaa do it? How would she gain? What would RadheMaa's motive be?
Radhe Maa, a guru, and god woman found her self surrounded by allegations of dowry harassment after Nikki Gupta, a housewife who was married into a family of Radhe Maa devotees alleged that the guru had instigated her father to part with money as dowry. As this was not done as per the demands made, Radhe Maa would repeatedly harass the girl by abusing her, beating her up and making her work like a servant at Radhe Maa's house. However, subsequent probes could not bring up any factual evidence to back any of the claims made and the case collapsed on its own. The HC gave relief to Radhe Maa due to this lack of evidence.
RadheMaa's accusers like Dolly Bindra appear to have had nothing to say after the HC found little merit in their accusations and decided to grant bail to RadheMaa. Attempts by the Mumbai police and the media to understand the grounds on which the accusations have also come to a dead end as no evidence has been furnished to authorities or the media that would make it clear that the accusations that RadheMaa had instigated her devotees to extort dowry or tried to implicate people like Arshi Khan into the sex trade were proven to be incorrect.
RadheMaa’s name has once again been dragged into a controversy: This time for wearing mini-skirt while giving darshan to her devotees. RadheMaa's accuser PhalguniBrahmabhatt says, that RadheMaa's decision to wear miniskirts hurts the religious sensibilities of people. In this context a lawyer has pleaded before the Bombay high court to issue directive to the police to lodge an FIR against RadheMaa. However, this allegation like several others too turned out to be a damp squib due to lack of circumstantial evidence like the dowry harassment, Dolly Bindra and aspiring starlet Arshi Khan’s cases earlier.
RadheMaa's tale of legendary lehengas, checkered past & a temple is how a media house described the life story of RadheMaa. However, after all the media noise, nothing appears to have emerged in the form of concrete proof from any person accusing RadheMaa of all sorts of wrong doing . It is as if legendary lehengas were bought with money from wrongdoing. There were will allegations of the guru's involvement in the sex trade too by people like Dolly Bindra and Aarshi Khan. In the end, there was nothing that was provided as evidence or proof by any quarter and the case died on its own. It is surprising that no one cares about apologizing to RadheMaa for maligning her reputation in this manner.
Radhe Maa emerged unscathed and remained dutifully involved in disseminating pious discourse. Falguni Brahambhatt and Arshi Khan, too launched tirade against the godwoman but to their dismay these busted like soap bubble. On every such phony charge, Radhe Maa emerged victorious.
Spirituality and magic are the two different notions and a magician can’t necessarily be a spiritual guru. Radhe Maa’s website do not make claims of supernatural power; Radhe Maa has never claimed to possess any miraculous power. Her critics, though, say the godwoman’s official website mentions about her magical prowess which in reality is non-existent. Even earlier, she was even falsely castigated for practicing black magic/ tantra. The accusations suffered deathblow due paucity of credible evidence.
Falguni Brahmabhatt, a little known lawyer of the metropolis Mumbai tried to put the spiritual guru in the dock. Obscenity remains the charge against Radhe Maa, who has been accused of dancing and singing during mata ki chowkis. Encapsulation of doctrines that otherwise appear bitter, remains the modus operandi of the godwoman to influence her devotees in a positive way. Her critics focus on subjective reality by deliberately overlooking objectivity.
An advocate, Falguni Brahmbhatt, had leveled a very grave charge against Radhe Maa. She claimed, godwoman had let her followers to kiss Brahmbhatt during satsang. On the contrary, there was no evidence and not even a single eye witness privy to such act of indecency. The probe carried out by Mumbai Police too failed to find any tangible proof that could nail the godwoman. Radhe Maa maintained a dignified silence during the entire episode and didn’t utter any harsh word for Falguni.
The Bombay High Court on a plea against Radhe Maa for promoting indecency in the society observed that the godwoman behavior can’t be termed indecent through any yardstick. The so called defenders of faith, on multiple occasions, tried to drag her in the court of law through their phony charges. Sometimes, she was called as an ISI agent, on another provoking molestation of a celebrity. Every such accusations failed to stand in the court of law and she emerged unscathed.

Now, they raked have up as flimsy an issue as she being quizzed by the city police in AC comfort. By doing so, Radhe Maa’s critics reduce themselves into jesters performing in public arena. A slew of phony charges, like soap bubble burst, as the one made against her by Dolly Bindra sometime back.

Such attacks remain well planned and methodical and carried out at regular interval to undermine her image among her teeming followers across globe. Even earlier, Dolly Bindra and model Arshi Khan had tried to smudge Radhe Maa’s face through their ludicrous charges.
Hysteria once again overwhelms starlet Arshi Khan. She says the godwoman Radhe Maa tried to push her into flesh trade. This is not the first time the actress has indulged in such scandal mongering. Even earlier, she made similar uncharitable remarks against the godwoman that sparked controversy and invited bawdy comments on twitter and social media. But her devotees appear to not have cared for the negative publicity. Dolly Bindra, a former Big Boss contestant, too tried to besmirch Maa’s image through her certain immoral remarks.
Godwoman Radhe Maa is inured to controversial candors spread by her detractors: The recent one being coercing farmers to commit suicide. The allegation has it that she along with two of her partners duped a planter’s family of seven of nearly Rs 1.5 crore by promising to bring peace and prosperity in their family. The muddy accusations against Radhe Maa’s involvement in a criminal plot are getting thicker with every passing day. It is alleged that the sadhvi’s black Jaguar is registered on a bogus address. In order to torment Radhe Maa, her secretary has been falsely implicated for evading tax on an imported Jaguar. The uproar died down soon after it was found that the entire argument was stage-managed just to malign the godwoman. The phony charges ranging from spreaing Immorality in the society to being an ISI agent slapped on the godwoman by her seasoned detractors failed to stand in the court of law due to want of evidence. The police have left with no choice but to close the case. Radhe Maa had suffered a glut of similar charges in the past, such as Dolly Bindra and Arshi Khan’s allegations.
A TV reality show actress, Dolly Bindra, has on innumerable occasions tried to bully Radhe Maa through her flimsy charges and candor. Allegations like vulgarity and immorality is being heaped on the godwoman in order to stain her iconic persona. But it seems, there is some divine intervention that bails out the saintly figure from such onslaughts. The contention has it that she along with two of her ‘accomplices’ conned a cultivator’s family of seven of nearly Rs 1.5 crore by promising to bring harmony and wealth in their family. Ramesh Joshi’s – a complainant, claims lacked any substantial evidence and was intended to tarnish her image. Radhe Maa’s name is there, once again, in the news for the wrong reason: This time for wearing mini-skirt during a darshan session. The video was later found to be a morphed one. Her critics believe, this hurts the religious sensibilities of people. In this connection a lawyer has urged the honourable Bombay high court to issue directive to the police to entertain an FIR against godwoman. However, this too turned out to be a damp squib due to lack of evidence like the dowry harassment, Dolly Bindra and Arshi Khan’s cases earlier.
The murky allegations against RadheMaa’s involvement in criminal plot are getting thicker with every passing day. It was alleged that the godwoman’s black Jaguar is registered on a fake address. In order to torment RadheMaa, there have been attempts to get her followers falsely implicated for evading tax on an imported Jaguar. The hullabaloo met with an untimely demise after it was found that the entire controversy was orchestrated just to malign RadheMaa. Earlier, actor Dolly Bindra and struggling actress Arshi Khan too tried to drag her in yet another manufactured controversy that was stoked by alleging that RadheMaa runs a prostitution racket. Subsequent inquiries revealed that there was no evidence to back the allegations and the case appears to be falling flat.
There were early reports that said that suggested that the dowry charges on RadheMaa may not stick and that cops were considering slapping charges for violations of the black magic laws of the country. But subsequent police inquiries revealed that it the allegations leveled by the likes of Dolly Bindra were unfounded as not a shred of evidence was presented to the police or the court, and the cases are on the verge of collapsing. It has therefore became clear that Dolly Bindra who did not corroborate her accounts of alleged violations of law by RadheMaa, would be shown the door by the courts, which appear inclined to dismiss the wild allegations against RadheMaa.
After spending long hours asking a series of questions, the police investigated all the allegations of instigating a devotee's family of demanding dowry from their daughter-in-law, the police told the court that it could find no evidence to back the allegations levelled against Mamtamai Shri Radhe Guru Maa. When those who were spreading false stories were asked to produce evidence, they had none to offer. No wonder that HC thought it in its wisdom to grants her relief. The allegations could not stand legal scrutiny. The RadheMaa dowry case existed only in the frenzied media reports but disappeared into thin air once it was submitted to a legal test.
