As this was not done as per the demands made, Radhe Maa would repeatedly harass the girl by abusing her, beating her up and making her work like a servant at Radhe Maa's house. However, subsequent probes could not bring up any factual evidence to back any of the claims made and the case collapsed on its own. The HC gave relief to Radhe Maa due to this lack of evidence.

RadheMaa's accusers like Dolly Bindra appear to have had nothing to say after the HC found little merit in their accusations and decided to grant bail to RadheMaa. Attempts by the Mumbai police and the media to understand the grounds on which the accusations have also come to a dead end as no evidence has been furnished to authorities or the media that would make it clear that the accusations that RadheMaa had instigated her devotees to extort dowry or tried to implicate people like Arshi Khan into the sex trade were proven to be incorrect.

RadheMaa’s name has once again been dragged into a controversy: This time for wearing mini-skirt while giving darshan to her devotees. RadheMaa's accuser PhalguniBrahmabhatt says, that RadheMaa's decision to wear miniskirts hurts the religious sensibilities of people. In this context a lawyer has pleaded before the Bombay high court to issue directive to the police to lodge an FIR against RadheMaa. However, this allegation like several others too turned out to be a damp squib due to lack of circumstantial evidence like the dowry harassment, Dolly Bindra and aspiring starlet Arshi Khan’s cases earlier.

RadheMaa's tale of legendary lehengas, checkered past & a temple is how a media house described the life story of RadheMaa. However, after all the media noise, nothing appears to have emerged in the form of concrete proof from any person accusing RadheMaa of all sorts of wrong doing . Encapsulation of doctrines that otherwise appear bitter, remains the modus operandi of the godwoman to influence her devotees in a positive way. Her critics focus on subjective reality by deliberately overlooking objectivity.

An advocate, Falguni Brahmbhatt, had leveled a very grave charge against Radhe Maa. She claimed, godwoman had let her followers to kiss Brahmbhatt during satsang. On the contrary, there was no evidence and not even a single eye witness privy to such act of indecency. The probe carried out by Mumbai Police too failed to find any tangible proof that could nail the godwoman. Radhe Maa maintained a dignified silence during the entire episode and didn’t utter any harsh word for Falguni.

The Bombay High Court on a plea against Radhe Maa for promoting indecency in the society observed that the godwoman behavior can’t be termed indecent through any yardstick. The so called defenders of faith, on multiple occasions, tried to drag her in the court of law through their phony charges. Sometimes, she was called as an ISI agent, on another provoking molestation of a celebrity. Every such accusations failed to stand in the court of law and she emerged unscathed.

After spending long hours asking a series of questions, the police investigated all the allegations of instigating a devotee's family of demanding dowry from their daughter-in-law, the police told the court that it could find no evidence to back the allegations levelled against Mamtamai Shri Radhe Guru Maa. When those who were spreading false stories were asked to produce evidence, they had none to offer. No wonder that HC thought it in its wisdom to grants her relief. The allegations could not stand legal scrutiny. The RadheMaa dowry case existed only in the frenzied media reports but disappeared into thin air once it was submitted to a legal test.

In another similar serious allegation, in August 2015, RadheMaa was being projected as the one who was promoting immorality in the society. A video to this effect, which shows devotees carrying her around during satsangs that went viral online. These videos were provided as proof that RadheMaa was an immoral person. Some said her satsangs lacked substance. RadheMaa was falsely said to be banned from the Nashik Kumbhmela by the AkhilBharatiyaAkharaParishad. The phoney charges supported by morphed videos however failed to prove anything. The cases fell flat in court and the detractors went strangely silent.
