Homogenization
  • With poorly homogenised milk after a certain time
    a fat ring appears in the milk cartons or
    bottles. Customers dissatisfaction!
  • Manufactures of consumer milk try to retard the
    creaming rate often by over-homogenise the milk,
    but homogenisation is consuming high energy and
    therefore very costly.
  • With measurement of the homogenisation degree the
    milk plant has the possibility to control the
    quality of the product, at the same time it can
    safe energy.
