General Overview
- Plant capacity is 720,000 ton per year
- Methanol will be produced based on ICI technology
- Start-up forecasted for 4th quarter of 2009

- Total sales volume of methanol overlapped 19
million tons in 2006 that constituted only 56 of
total demand. - Methanol trade currently represents over 50
percent of worldwide demand. - By 2011, the sales volume will have grown to 30
million tons that will allow satisfying the
demand only by 2/3.

on huge reserves of stranded natural gas, have
