What is Celiac

• Celiac is an intolerance to grains with gluten in
  them
• The main grains are wheat, barley, rye, and there
  is a debate over oats.
• Celiac is a disease which is auto immune which
  means your body hurts itself.

• Diarrhea

• Abdominal pain
• Excessive gas
• Any problem associated with vitamin deficiencies

• Chronic fatigue

Celiac can take years before it is diagnosed
because of testing
