Provincial Manager Office To small to accommodate current establishment. (11 Officials / 5 Offices) Vetting offer provided by Public Works to National Real Estate Properties.
Bloemfontein Regional Office Inaccessible to disabled persons. Costs analyses received for 2092m from
  It is not conducive to service delivery. DPW
  Health and safety risk. Account will be forward from the DPW to
    this Dept.after required office space been
    occupied.
    Funds are approved on the stratplan.
    Awaiting tender to be published.
Kroonstad district office It is not conducive to service delivery. Awaiting tender to be published.

    will become inadequate on completion.
Phuthaditjhaba Regional Office Accommodation too small. Have started the process of identifying
    the land for erection of building.
Botshabelo Distric Office Accommodation completed in good condition. Completed and satisfactory.
Thabanchu service point Air-condition not in working condition. Mobile air-conditioners used.
    Negotiating with DPW to terminate current
    lease to relocate.
Ladybrand Service Point Current accommodation too small. On the lookout for other accommodation.
