Our Goals
  • To provide a supportive and fun environment where
    each students individual needs are met
  • To help students make new friends and discover
    new interests
  • To give students the academic and social skills
    needed to progress to fourth grade

Class Rules
  • Our class rules are

Behavior Plan
  • Post-It note warning
  • 1 check mark 5 minutes of recess
  • 2 check marks 10 minutes of recess
  • 3 check marks student writes a note home to
    have signed.

Punches
  • When a student ends the day with no check marks,
    they have a hole punched in their Positive
    Behavior cards.
  • We are working toward a reward at the end of a 10
    day period.
  • Students must have 8/10 holes punched to
    participate in special activity.

Attendance/Tardiness
  • School starts at 750 A.M.
  • If students arent in the classroom by the time
    the second bell rings, please have them check in
    at the school office before coming to class.
  • If a student is absent or tardy five times, I
    will be sending you a note.
  • When absent or tardy 10 times, the school office
    will contact you.

How Can Parents Help?
  • Please check Take Home Folder and Agenda each
    day.
  • Sign or initial to show homework has been
    completed.
  • Use Agenda to write any necessary notes. It will
    be checked each morning. (e.g. Transportation
    changes, misc. information)
